NEW ROAD Construction Management Company Inc. is an award-winning SBE that has specialized in managing NJ K-12 Capital Projects for 40 years. We specialize in providing Owners Representative Construction Management services, Retro & Re-Commissioning and miscellaneous Architectural Services. We are large enough to provide comprehensive services, but small enough to offer you full access to the expertise of corporate owners who have a personal stake in the success of your projects.

We have expertise in all aspects of applicable public bidding laws and contracts, handling various types of capital construction projects, knowledge of funding sources and filings, along with vast experience with planning, phasing, administration and oversight of capital construction.

A key to our success and a differentiator from our competition is that one of our Principal Partners is intimately involved with each of our projects and our clients; directly involved in planning and preconstruction efforts, as well as managing and problem solving for each of our projects. We are involved from design phase through completion and typically save our clients more than our total preconstruction fee during our involvement in preconstruction planning, constructability and value engineering reviews.
