About Us
The Ric and Jean Edelman Planetarium at Rowan University is a resource for public outreach and astronomy education with state-of-the-art planetarium and laser projection systems, a 0.4m research observatory and amateur telescopes, and a suite of hands-on activity toolkits in Glassboro, NJ - 20 miles southeast of Philadelphia. We have been an educational staple in the community for 20 years, offering planetarium shows, star parties, school field trips, and special events for the public.
