She takes a 3 Dimensional approach to coaching embracing the fact that we are more than any one facet of our lives. Her method is co-active, working with you to discover and uncover that best version of you and together breaking down every obstacle that stands in your way. Les served on the Gloucester Chamber Board for 8 years and in 2007 he was elected as the Chairman of the Board. His involvement in the County and region grew and the position became such a huge part of his life that when the opportunity arose, he stepped out of his corporate shoes and into the position of President/CEO of the Chamber where he still serves today.
Through the many relationships Les built while being involved in the Chamber and in his hometown, he also became extremely active within the Gloucester County community.
Today he serves as a member of the March of Dimes Board of Directors and was also the Chair for the 2013 & 2014 Gloucester County March for Babies. Les serves as a member of the Entrepreneur’s Forum of Southern New Jersey Board of Directors, People for People Board of Directors, Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity, and is currently the Chair of the Gloucester County Workforce Development Board, Honorary Commander Joint Base M-D-L. For the past several years, Les has served as the Master of Ceremony for the Boy Scouts Annual Distinguished Citizen of the Year Dinner.
