Introduction:
Ken Bode | Regional Manager | Integrity Staffing Solutions
Ken was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. He attend The McDonogh school and Johns Hopkins University. He has been in the staffing industry for almost 30 years, the past 19 of them with Integrity Staffing Solutions. Although his responsibilities with Integrity have increased throughout the years, he has always based himself in Jersey which he started for the company. He has lived in Delaware for the past 25 years with his wife of 29 years, Sherry. The have two sons, Tyler (20) and Kayden (21) and were recently Blessed with their first grandchild, Levi. Ken is involved with many business, community and faith based organizations including Gloucester County Chamber, Tristate Human Resource Management Association, YMCA (#yFUNraising), Habitat for Humanity, Seeds of Hope and Knights of Columbus.He is a passionate people connector. He loves spending time with his family during his ‘free” time.

Tony Doran | President | Woodbury Community Pride
Tony is a Woodbury native who has come home after 25 years, with his husband Rick and dog Moxie. He spent time in Philadelphia, then Washington, DC where he met Rick. Tony has a deep love for LGBTQ people and culture, which inspired him to start Woodbury Community Pride in 2017. This is the first organized effort he has taken to promote visibility and acceptance for the LGBTQ community.
Tony holds an MBA from Rutgers University. He also serves on the board of Woodbury Old City Restoration Committee as well as the Economic Development Committee Chair of Woodbury Community Pride.
Sherry Paris | Diversity Trainer
Sherry Paris is a Diversity Trainer and “Teacher as Superhero” according to the National Liberty Museum. Sherry combines her passion for social justice with her love of education to design and lead interactive sensitivity trainings for students, educators, industry leaders and community. She has proudly collaborated with youth for nearly 20 years to create a safe and welcoming school and district through her leadership of a school-based Diversity Training program while concurrently teaching high school Mathematics. Sherry holds a Master’s Degree in the Science of Instruction from Drexel University.
