Our in-person Entrepreneurship Conference returns this year and it’s bigger and better than ever!

This year’s event features Keynote Speaker Ray Rastelli, Co-Founder of Rastelli Foods Group.
The conference is designed to inspire and educate entrepreneurs who are in any of the three phases of business; from concept to launch, growth and expansion, and maturation/succession planning that puts you on a path to success.

Join us for this educational event that kicks off with an inspirational address by Ray Rastelli. Ray is a Gloucester County native who started his family business from a small butcher shop in Deptford, NJ and grew it into a world-class provider of products distributed throughout the world.

Ray will provide insights into how to launch and grow a business into a family legacy for generations to come.

Attendees will then choose to attend one of three expert panel discussions. They are;

• Growing Your Business
• Maturation and Succession Planning

 
These moderated panel discussions will provide valuable instruction from experts in banking, accounting, legal, scaling, financial planning, human resources and leadership; all of whom have succeeded in starting, growing and maturing strong businesses.

Professionals from the county, state and business community will also be on hand to supply attendees with additional information on valuable resources in our region.

The event includes breakfast, networking and a packet of instructional material.
