The Impactful Topics Committee was created to address the way diverse populations, within in the business community, interact. The committee holds open forum workshops to discuss issues related to:

1. Gender (Responsibilities, Salaries, Stereotypes, etc.)
2. Age groups like Millennials, Boomers, Generation X and Y (Communications, Work Ethics, etc.)
3. Culture / Religion (Politically Correctness, etc.)
